The Right to Trial Act of 2015- When anyone is arrested for violating a law, police forces are required to establish a court date at which time the offender will brought to trail before a convention. If the offender is suspected of a violent crime or an accessory to a violent crime, they will be detained until the trail.
- Violent crimes and counterfeiting ounces will be placed on trail before a national convention, all other crimes, unless designated otherwise, will be placed on trail before a local convention.
- When on trial, the defendant will have an opportunity to present their defensive case, and the police will present their case for guilt. After hearing both arguments, the convention will vote guilty or not guilty. If convicted, the defendant will be punished by the convention within the confines of the law.
- Military personnel will not be tried by convention, instead they will be tried by court marshal as set forth in military regulations.
